Took in our Chevy Tahoe to fix the brakes on Tues, it's now Fri...really? Charging us with an $800+ bill? Unacceptable! We're not happy at all. We depend on our vehicle to take family members to & from work & school. Additional for parts we didn't ask to have fixed! Then they're closed on the weekends! What else can go wrong?!?
Seriously so grateful for this shop! There aren't any shops on the island that service Porsche vehicles except the dealership. One thing is certain, they did a very thorough job in inspecting my car and are truly knowledgable mechanics with a passion for cars. They let me know all the details of not just things to be fixed but also preventative care to strengthen the life of my vehicle. We recently purchased a vehicle from an individual owner less than 30-days ago. The owner provided us with a receipt for almost $1000 worth of repairs and stated there was a warranty on the work because it was just done last month in April 2025. My car died in hauula last June and I got it towed here. I needed a battery replacement, which was $700. The guy working on my car unplugged the radiator fan under my hood while replacing my battery and left it like that. I had no idea until I was driving and my engine severely overheated. That could have been a $10000 engine replacment, or worse. Fast forward, and my $700 junk replacement battery suddenly died this month, barely a year after replacement. great help and customer service, I have had problems at so many other shops on island to get my car worked on and safety done but they were quick and helpful to get me in and get it done! i never write reviews but felt they deserved one
