Had a excellent experience with with Juliana and Kaylin! They provided us amazing service guiding us through which Pillows we should purchase based on our needs. We ended up buying two side sleeper NaturePedic pillows and are very excited to try them out! Thank you The Organic Bedroom!

By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! They have great quality organic products and are very knowledgeable. We had no unanswered questions. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!
We went shopping for a new mattress and due to chemical sensitivities a friend recommended The Organic Bedroom. Kaelyn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She assessed our needs by asking a number of questions to get us to a starting point. We tried several models going back and forth between models and Kaelyn continued to ask and answer questions until we made our decision. Highly recommend.
I bought a fantastic Hypnos mattress from Organic Bedroom. I discovered the mattress brand at Morea House in Cape Town where I slept the best in my life so I looked under the sheets for the mattress. I found that Organic Bedroom sells these in the US and was very satisfied with the prompt communication from the team on lead times. Very happy with the mattress and customer service.
