I have been calling for three days to leave a message for an appointment for a haircut. ( Thursday, Friday and Saturday) There have been no return phone calls. I am starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business. I too had a Groupon voucher but I did not state this in my voice mail just in case they were avoiding my call because of it. How unprofessional not to answer the calls when the phone rings or not to call back after leaving a message. Is this business a front for something else. Very odd.
The worst salon I've ever had to deal with. NEVER again..got so frustrated, I asked for a refund. I originally bought a Groupon voucher for this salon and since my purchase over 1.5 months ago, I've been trying to reach them over the phone to book an appointment.
