I have been living in the Organ Loft building for several years and my experience has been nothing but positive – the building is charming and well taken care of, any issues are addressed immediately and efficiently, the owner and the management team are very attentive, accommodating and extremely friendly! It’s been a great living experience -- definitely recommend living here!!
The worst renting experience. The owner is extremely charismatic and it was easy to fall for it. The apartment is over-priced and the management was not professional. Once we moved, we were charged with $ 175 cleaning fees ( when we left the apartment spotless, cleaner than when we moved in) $ 200 of painting fees and $ 60 for restringing the blinds ( when the blinds were already broken when we moved in) Stay away from this rental property and most of all, its owner.
I have lived in the Organ Loft for over a year and it is a great living experience. The building has character, the apartments have been thoughtfully designed and executed. The location is unparalleled in C-U. I love living here. John-Paul Buzard and apartment management are proactive, responsive and personable. My highest recommendation. BTW, I cannot relate to and completely disagree with a one star rating and related complaints.
