Update: Tiffany, manager of the Portland office came out and apologized for wasting our time at the other office. She was very appreciative that we were able to get rescheduled and drive farther. She said all of the staff have been informed of the new COVID policies and that all the staff should be reminding patients that there are no guests. She seemed sweet and genuine.
