I hate to say it but utterly incompetent team. Impossible to get medication order clarification even after several attempts over several weeks. How is this level of poor professionalism acceptable? Does not give me the confidence I need in my care team at all.

From the third week of January 2025, until the second week of May 2025 I lost 15 pounds, had awful unpassable gas, stomach cramping, and oscillating diarrhea, constipation, and vomiting non stop for two weeks. My primary care physician, Dr Renouard from Broadway Medical Clinic, wanted me to specifically see Dr Kim at this practice. Love how concerned my Doctor is about my health issue and explaining everything to me .
Unfortunately a totally disorganized mess. It’s been a time consuming nightmarish situation to get clarification on med orders that do not specify dosage and lack clear instruction on administration. We have made several attempts to get clarification. 6 weeks later, they still have not sent a copy of the med order to the pharmacy contact we provided. If you don’t have the capacity or will power to write a clear instruction room or send a copy to our pharmacy, please do not order meds.
