Everyone did a fine job. The specialist gave me adequate time, listened and responded to my concerns. The appointment was on time and went smoothly.
Excellent services. I had my hearing evaluated by an audiologist and earwax removed by an otolaryngologist. I'm completely satisfied with their competency and "bedside manner."
I've been to the office once and the visit was perfectly fine: staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was concise, helpful and understanding. My only issue is with the phone service. When it comes to scheduling a follow up, I've returned at least 5+ calls, at different times during their business hours and the call has never once been answered. I went to see Dr. Rydlund. What a waste of money! I had the worst overall experience at this clinic. The receptionist refused to help me with finding out my copay she said it wasn't her job! She was about as rude as they come. Then I went in to see the doctor who did absolutely nothing but tell me he didn't think the growth on my nose would get bigger but it did! When I didn't want to return to this doctor and I asked for a refural to a Plastic surgeon not located in downtown because I have a severe learning disability Dr. R... read more
