The doctor was not kind at all the front desk and the person who schedule appointment was WONDERFUL and caring people I was not afan in how the doctor was to me, I will not going back to this location.
Everyone did a fine job. The specialist gave me adequate time, listened and responded to my concerns. The appointment was on time and went smoothly.
Excellent services. I had my hearing evaluated by an audiologist and earwax removed by an otolaryngologist. I'm completely satisfied with their competency and "bedside manner."
I've been to the office once and the visit was perfectly fine: staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was concise, helpful and understanding. My only issue is with the phone service. When it comes to scheduling a follow up, I've returned at least 5+ calls, at different times during their business hours and the call has never once been answered.
