I love their products and the store is great. Plus you can recycle your droppers there. Took away one star because they discontinued their serum foundation.

Visited this place for the first time since i am new in Vancouver, also my first time trying this product. The goods are wonderful and work well on me but what made me rate it kinda low was because the staffs during that night isn’t sort of helpful, even when i ask about the products they don’t provide me with a handful of explanations about it. I visited this store twice in the last few months. The reason to choose this specific store was because of the sales associate Kylee. Kylee was helpful and friendly and is very knowledgeable with the products. She asked my concern then took the time to explain the functions of each product that she selected for me. Kylee also wrote down the combinations of the products for morning and night. Very satisfactory shopping experience .
