Outstanding customer service. The team was friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Tina was super nice and energetic! The store has a nice chill vibe to it, letting the customers take their time browsing but also offering help when first entering. When I went to the counter to ring up my purchase I also had a few questions about the product and the two ladies were happy to help answer them, overall good experience and place looked really clean and organized.
This store is amazing! I’m frustrated tho when I went to buy salicylic acid, I know a friend purchased before and I’ve seen it, she told me they never sold it and that you need a prescription for anything containing more then 2% salicylic acid…. Ummm BS! First of all, a prescription no! Second if anything a license in skin care, which I have n there are way more dangerous ingredients that aren’t sold with out needing a prescription or licence, pirm solution you need a license.
