This is such an underrated shop in Square One. The Ordinary has been one of my most go to western skincare brand, the serums are so affordable and the staff here always greet u with genuine smiles and positive attitude. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming, like I can ask the staff if I need help without feeling anxious or nervous at all, and they seemed to be always in a good mood lol. Yumi was absolutely amazing today! She helped both my friend and me so much and made the whole experience at The Ordinary feel so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Her recommendations were thoughtful and personalized, you could tell she genuinely cared about helping us find the right products. Customer service like that is hard to come by.
