I was in earlier today and Ricardo helped me make a totally new routine. so excited to try out my nrw products :)
While the ordinary products are great, my experience at this store was nothing but incredible. We met julia who helped my mom with picking the right shade of foundation. She was so incredible with us, our little conversation made our day completely.
I was in the other day to get help with some problem areas. Julia was able to answer all my questions and helped me make a routine to get my skin under control. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. I hope to see her next time i come in! Shes my new go-to for all my skin related issues 10/10 🫶 edit: came back today Ricardo was great, he helped me find exactly what i needed, this location has such great staff.
My friend and I visited The Ordinary store at Square One, and honestly, our entire wonderful experience was purely and solely thanks to Beatriz. She was the whole reason our visit was so exceptional!
