michelle is the sweetest ever and she was so helpful! we have been to this store 2 years in a row and both times she has had the answer to all of our questions, we plan to come back next summer :)
This place is a cube, limit of 3 people. Instead of making it indoors why not just make it a booth at this point? Place feels small and invasive, the worker there can only look down to the floor to avoid staring.
Had the pleasure of meeting Nicholle, the manager for Ordinary, during their pop-up today—she was absolutely incredible. Super knowledgeable, warm, and made the whole experience memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the brand and the people she interacts with. Left a meaningful impression on me, and I’m really looking forward to visiting this location again
