I wouldn’t let them take care of my dog. This is one of the worst nursing homes I’ve ever worked at please check on y’all people if y’all do have them living here.
Horrible place. The staff let my mother-in-law go without proper pain medication for several days until we went in and had them do it. The amount of effort was minimal and required no extra authorization on our part. The staff was simply negligent and uncaring. And now their lead admin, Marie Ann Silva, is ignoring calls about a lost item. If you love someone, do not send them here.
This place is so nasty I wish I would have never had my girlfriend go there. Very short help crapy housecleaning
Terrible place to be not clean. Rooms are half painted decorated. Repairs, not done air Conditioning hanging off the wall I was there for almost 2 hours Never seen a nurse go in a room. I went to leave, went to open door alarm went off. Waited at least 5 minutes. Nobody showed up with the alarm on. Went to the door next to it. Set off a louder alarm . I have a Family member Who in the past 2 months Has had witnessed disturbing and outrageous behavior with some of the staff, Well shall I say 1 staff Member, Constantly Sleeping while working, Screaming and yelling at patients and When THERE WAS a elderly nurse who seemed to be very compassionate and composed, did everything she can to talk and spend time with my loved one who is a patient....
