Was taken there after hip surgery, It was clean enough but nobody would come when I pressed the call button. Not one time was showered or bathed. Very slow to give pain medication. Food was horrible. Always cold. The PT was okay but very lacking on how to move and be able to do stairs. Strangers coming into my room and going through my things. Had a TV for one day then it was unplugged and the remote was gone. Would not recomend this place to anyone unless they like listening to people screaming all night.

Hit help light most times nobody came for hours . A couple were better but most the time no one comes. Meds were super late. If your in a diaper you'd sit in it forever. A staff member B a nice caring gentleman would really help and address the problem. If it wasn't for him idk what I would have done. He got me air mattress and really help a person. I would never go back there. Or send a loved one there. Thank u B

My mother was sent here for physical therapy after being discharged from the hospital. She said she felt like prisoner. The food was terrible and almost always cold. The light over/near the bed she was sleeping in never got fixed. The linen was never changed. Staff took their "sweet time" in responding to being called. Some staff members did their job, others not so much. I do not recommend this facility, and I would not recommend to my worst enemy. There HR department is professional, they care. Never rude or disrespectful to staff or patients. They always smile and that means a lot in this profession. You ladies rock!
