This place is the Pitts!!!! My family member is not being attended to. There is no tissue in the bathroom, she has no wash cloths, they serve her cold food, they aren't administering her medication, she has no cover and her sheets aren't being changed like they should be. The ceiling is falling down onto the tub. There is an odor in this place every time l go there!!!! This place needs more staff and more people who actually care about patients!!!! Staff in leadership positions at this facility seem to have their priorities mixed up. In which running an institution like this that is failing its residence.
Very unprofessional
In speaking with one of our long term residents he stated he would give our facility five stars because he likes the staff here. “They’re very nice and kind”.
