My mother has been at the orchards for 2 years now. I can’t say enough, my mom so well cared for, any decisions that were needed for my mom have been in her best interest, and have definitely been the right ones. Any concerns regarding my mom’s well being, have always been discussed with me, and explained everything. The facility is always clean, the food is good, and mostly the staff is wonderful!! I would recommend the orchards to anyone !
The Orchards at Bartley Assisted Living is a clean, welcoming, accommodative and with the needs of the resident first. The atmosphere is bright, warm and welcoming. The meals are nutritious and are always served restaurant style. The nurses are caring and friendly. The staff is courteous and friendly. The aides are caring. The quality of life here is wonderful!
This has to be the most welcoming and homey Assisted Living I have ever had the pleasure to visit. From the tour with the marketing woman Lorraine to the move in process where we were welcomed warmly by the building director Diana, the entire experience was perfect. When we toured, we decided to stay for lunch which was delicious and the presentation was so nice. We also stayed for an activity which my mother enjoyed greatly. Overall 10/10 experience from day 1 and we are so happy with our decision and so is mom!
I chose The Orchards Assisted Living for my Mother after touring many other communities and I am so happy I did. Not only is the care staff amazing, they have such a compassionate and personalized touch. They know my mothers likes and dislikes. They know how to soothe her if she is having a bad day.
