Estimados futuros habitantes. Realmente no les aconsejo venir a estos apartamentos. El vandalismo que sufrimos las personas que vivimos acá y el desinterés de la nueva gerencia por resolver los problemas que acá nos agobian. Estoy residenciado en el apartamento 201 de la torre 279 y tenemos 2 meses sin aire acondicionado y apesar de que hemos ido en innumerables oportunidades a hablar de manera lo más civilizada posible, la nueva gerencia sólo evita resolver los problemas y sigue sin hacer nada. Tengo ya casi un año viviendo aquí y todo los fines de semana son carros con música a todo volumen reparan no carro en los estacionamientos tengo un vecino en el aptm de arriba el tercero piso q todo los días es fiesta música con mujeres y se escucha todo la administración nunca hace nada solo manda correos de cobro y como pagar el mes de alquiler para mi recomendación no vivan aquí
Hi my name is tristan dingess im a disabled us army veteran.. and i currently live here at 4746 … you can hear everything through the walls … i mean every single thing… do not rent here . Babies crying, people getting it on , tvs loud and clear ,phone conversations , music and also every single step above you … i repeat avoid this place like its a pandemic zone if you like sleep … dont waste your money .. they dont do anything about the noise except a blast email.
