Village Green has been one of the worst leasing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at the leasing office is rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. They don’t return calls, they give you the runaround, and they act like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you. It’s honestly insulting how little they care. You walk in with valid questions or concerns, and they dismiss you like you don’t matter. I’ve lived at The Orchards for almost a year, and everything went downhill after Village Green took over management in early 2025. Three months ago, I received a renewal letter. I asked for a transfer to a first-floor unit instead, and the manager confirmed everything looked good after inspecting my apartment. I signed a new contract and waited weeks with no response.
