I'll start by saying, as long as Village Green is in charge DON'T RENT HERE. When Ardent Communities had control over this property it was worth the $1500 in rent. The gym, pool, dog park and grounds were well taken care of, and they addressed issues even when the property manager was being rude like he normally was. Village Green took over around the new year (2025) with very little notice to us. We had no choice but to switch to their community. We were hopeful. Sarah H. In the office did a fantastic job with getting us all signed up for our new place. We put in our application, and I believe they had us approved and the lease signed 1 or 2 days later. We move in August 7th, and we’re very excited. Beautiful apartments, great area, good schools.
