Horrible Customer Support and Rude!! Dont Deal With This Bad Apple Company! Orchard setup a 70 yr old Legislators MacBook Air previously which she used for work at the Capital everyday. We called and was eventually escalated to the manager telling both the manager and the guy who answered the phone that she couldn't copy files or create a Backup due to account restrictions of her macbook needing the admin password. This company previously set her Mac up and made themselves "Admin" "OrchardAdmin" leaving her as standard use... read more
Brought my daughterâs iPhone in because att couldnât get it to come back on after it turned off and wouldnât come back on. Att told me we had to send it back to Apple beings it was less than a year old. Went to The Orchard with it and explained the situation and they had the phone back on in less than a minute!!
Highly recommend!! Friendly, efficient and helpful.. Best of all, they take WALK INS!
