While visiting my mother during her dinner at the memory care section of the orchard, staff members were screaming at each other with one yelling “you lay off me ! You lay off me” standing up taking an aggressive posture. This was in response to the other staff yelling at her repeatedly about moving a patient to a different table. Overall it was a good experience
The facility is always clean and neat and the residents are well cared for and seem happy
I visited The Orchard two years ago with members of the International Friends group. I was very impressed with the place and the quality of care you offer.
All of the staff and residents couldn’t be nicer. Such a warm and inviting environment.
