Found out that all food is deep fried in the same oil vat. Potentially deadly for someone with my wife's food allergies.
Had a band-aid in food. When it was mentioned to waitress received an attitude about it. Witnessed others receive attitude from another employee.
We tried this place last month and great service and food was good until today. Ordered food and as we were eating my husband had a bandaid in his food! When brought it up to the waitress she didn’t care and stated “oh ok sorry I’ll take your plate off” I asked for the manager and proceeded to state there was no manager which I find hard to believe and with an attitude asked what does she want me to do. A tidy and clean diner with friendly staff and rather good food especially for the price. Tammy was friendly and attentive, and the chef had our orders ready in short time. Paula got the Southern Fried French Toast (w/ bananas, whipped cream and pecans), and I got the Baked Sea Scallops (w/ butternut squash and mashed potatoes with gravy). Both of us were happy with the flavors and portions. Definitely would like to eat there again 🙂
