I dropped my macbook off over a month ago to replace the battery. I purchased my macbook from this company thinking it would be easier to work with them and all i get is the run around. Not happy with there level of customer service.

Stay away. Ruined our phone. It can't even be traded in at Apple or our phone carrier because they are not an Apple authorized repair center.
