On Smith ave in the city of St Paul at 830 am, one of their construction trucks decided to stop in the middle of the road causing SO MUCH TRAFFIC!! This decision was obviously unnecessary as there was a parking space right next to the truck that they couldve just parked there and not caused all this traffic. Several school buses and city buses were stuck in this traffic. I felt so bad for them and everyone else who needed to go to places on time.
