We hosted a graduation celebration for my daughter at this location. It is unfortunate to say that the venue set up was horribly organized. This plan has been settled since November of 2025, and had the event in May 2026. I stayed in contact regarding the event and made sure things were ready for the day. We walked in and the floors had trash on them. There was no water jug available for guests and the bartender was gone half the time so water was hardly available. Food was extremely spicy dispite requested mild to medium. They gave us small starter plats for main course.
My partner and I had a 9:15 reservation for valentines. When we arrived they had a private party happening and the vendors for the party pointed us in the direction of the dining area. We walk over and there was no one there to greet us, we stood there waiting with others and after a few minutes someone finally sat us. Once we were sat, it took 10-15 minutes for someone to come take our order, we ordered our food and I ordered a drink which I never received .
