This place is amazing I highly recommend people to come here if you ever want to get pointed to the right direction for your eye needs . They were amazing there got the best experience here for my eye care and very attentive thank you for your professionalism.
Late update, I still stand by my initial post, but since then there service has disappeared, glasses scratched right away, needed them adjusted, they don't answer their phone, when they do they say Just come in, close even on days they are to be open, got there once 10 mins before closing and they didn't even acknowledge me, never came to the door. If I could give them a 0 stars I would they are rude and they take forever to get your glasses done if you use medical/iehp it's been two months and they still can't tell me when my daughter glasses will be done and they also did not have kids options for medical payment and they told me to get her adults glasses and they would be ok she is 9 and is small so they probably work fit her right when we do get them also the doctor said based off her eye exam he could give her 4 different prescriptions with make no since ... I wish I had seen reviews before going here. They have terrible customer service and now I don’t even know if they are closed for business. I still haven’t received my son’s glasses that I paid for almost a month ago, nobody answers! Please don’t go here!!!
Very unprofessional!! they don’t answer questions, they don’t return calls. I think they are very overpriced. I called twice in one week asking questions and they said they would return my call and it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting for a call back!
