I really like this gym, it has a variety of workouts equipment, and fee weights. Also you have a boxing room with 8 bags 4 treadmills and rowers. They have a military room dedicated to all branches and a tire flip machine as well. Then there is a yoga room with many TRX bands. They also have a cardio section with treadmills stair machine hand bike and regular bikes. They are handicapped friendly too!! Come check them out and tell them BigCountry sent you!!
I’ve been here for a couple dance classes. The front end staff were kind of stuck up. I never actually worked out in the gym, so no review there, but the Facebook post begging for good reviews of satisfied clients made me realize maybe I should add my dissatisfaction of my experience there. I don’t plan to go back and actually found that my class is offered at another gym around the corner and a way better, non-judgmental atmosphere from staff and members alike!
This gym is wonderful. Staff are kind and helpful. Trainers are the best. Equipment is always kept clean and in great working order.
Love this place! Clean, friendly staff always ready to help! If you are not a member, you should be!!
