Great ladies providing a good service. Only one gripe. When you get invoiced for new glasses there is no breakdown of all the options. Just one price for the lenses and another for the frame. Meanwhile there are so many options like, progressive, transitional, antiglare coatings, lenses thickness, polarising etc etc and you have no idea what these cost. They quickly add up though and you should be aware of these costs and have the option to consider and choose wisely.
Amazing optical centre. The optometrist Stefan is amazing, very kind, smiling and knowledgeable. The ladies on the front were lovely, Jess helped so much. Such a great experience, I could not have hoped for a better place to choose my glasses. There was also a large variety of choice. Definitely worth 5 stars, thanks to all of you!
My family and I have been going here for years. Patrick and now Stefan are amazing doctors who have a wealth of knowledge and actually care. I’ve moved two hours away and I still continue to come here.
