I recently had my glasses repaired here and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were professional, friendly, and very efficient. They fixed my glasses quickly and the quality of the repair was excellent — they feel as good as new! I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a place you can truly trust with something you use every day, but this team did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
First time visiting this place to get my eye test. Regina (optometrist) was very friendly throughout the eye test, explaining to detail issues on my eyes. Had a few questions needed to be explained and she was able to clarify any terms that weren't understood.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Optical Co. at Melbourne’s Block Arcade, thanks to Kate. We’re tourists visiting Melbourne and didn’t purchase our spectacles from the shop, yet Kate still went out of her way to help both my daughters adjust their glasses. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional, taking the time to make sure everything was comfortable and properly fitted, with absolutely no pressure or expectation.
