After being a satisfied customer for a long time and having my glasses reviewed by an independent optician, i no longer recommend this service. Great when everything goes well, but when there is a problem, it is glossed over and i dare to say my records of dissatisfaction/problem were not recorded nor kept on file apparently. When you believe what they tell you and continue to try to wear glasses that are totally wrong for you..totally my fault for persisting. Thank heavens i stopped wearing them while driving.
