I had a great experience at Optical Co. The front desk staff member was very professional, helpful and patient in assisting me with an issue with my current glasses. He fixed the problem efficiently and also shared some very useful tips on how to better maintain my glasses. I really appreciate the excellent service and friendly support. Highly recommended!
Highly professional service
Barry is a great optometrist and he has a fantastic team. The Optical Co. provides a high quality service with great quality frames and lenses that are better than I've ever had - I wouldn't go anywhere else now! UPDATE: I had already left this review a little while ago but today (03/06) Barry and his team went above and beyond! I felt a bit sick when I was taking out contact lenses and Barry was extremely kind and compassionate to ensure that I was feeling 100% before leaving.
