Dr. Ganz retired. New doctor is great, techs good, reception good. Customer service for frames not so much. Showed cheap looking frames said it was all they had in my size. Not knowlegeable. Previous salespeople were much better.
I brought both my kids- age 12 and 8. Told me they both needed glasses- and that they needed progressive lenses. It struck me off- for kids- but I am not an eye dr. $950 later- Today I take my kids to a well known eye dr- surgeon in the area. Both kids see 20:20 and do not need glasses- and those progressives: top part has no script and the bottom magnifies .75. Barely anything- so- I was mislead into a purchase I didn't have to make. Truly disgusting-
