I will spend the rest of my days warning people about Onyx products. We put a shower floor in our new build about 5 years ago. It is irrevocably stained at this point, even with regular cleanings. All we were told is how great it is, how is it is to clean, how stain resistant it is. Nothing will touch these red stains. There's apparently no product I can use that's strong enough to remove the stains but gentle enough not to damage the onyx (hence making it more vulnerable to further stains). This company has stellar customer service and a wonderful product. We installed a walk in shower and countertop in Travertine, and could not be more pleased with the quality and results!
Product is very solid and easy to work with but also very heavy. I haven’t used my shower yet just installed it yesterday, waiting for everything to cure. This company is top notch, I called multiple times to ask questions on installation because the retailer I bought the product from was a real dink and screamed at me over the phone when I had an issue, he had a problem with me because I’m a DYI’er and made no money from an installation.
