Product is very solid and easy to work with but also very heavy. I haven’t used my shower yet just installed it yesterday, waiting for everything to cure. This company is top notch, I called multiple times to ask questions on installation because the retailer I bought the product from was a real dink and screamed at me over the phone when I had an issue, he had a problem with me because I’m a DYI’er and made no money from an installation. We chose their composite shower walls for our bathroom remodel and are overjoyed with the result. It's a beautiful beige / grey color (dorian) with a granite look....very high end appearance. We expanded our shower to 36x 60 and went with their low profile for accessibility as we age in place. The 3 panel wall system has only 2 seams at corners and of course it's seamed at shower base. I have installed many onyx shower systems only have had one issue with draining on a custom size pan onyx made a new pan and covered repair cost I'm glad they stand behind their products as they are my go to for prefabricated shower pans in my tiled showers as well
