I have installed many onyx shower systems only have had one issue with draining on a custom size pan onyx made a new pan and covered repair cost I'm glad they stand behind their products as they are my go to for prefabricated shower pans in my tiled showers as well
The product itself looks great and is easy to keep clean. Six years after our install, we had a warranty issue. With a copy of the sales receipt, the company honored the warranty with a refund without any hassle. Their business integrity is commendable.
