We bought their shower base about 13 years ago. Due to improper install it developed a hairline crack all these years later. I reached out to see if there was any way to patch it knowing it won't be a perfect fix, but it beats having to remove the tile walls. They not only sent me a color matched repair kit for free, they offered to replace the pan free of charge of we wants to go the other route. Did not expect them to stand behind their product so well!

I will spend the rest of my days warning people about Onyx products. We put a shower floor in our new build about 5 years ago. It is irrevocably stained at this point, even with regular cleanings. All we were told is how great it is, how is it is to clean, how stain resistant it is. Nothing will touch these red stains. There's apparently no product I can use that's strong enough to remove the stains but gentle enough not to damage the onyx (hence making it more vulnerable to further stains). This company has stellar customer service and a wonderful product. We installed a walk in shower and countertop in Travertine, and could not be more pleased with the quality and results!
