First time there. Usually go to independent tire. Young kid said he would plug the tire for 20 bucks. OK awesome. A few days later I realized I never even paid. I was hopping in car to go pay him and I noticed he didn't put the center cap back on my wheel. Went to the shop. Told him he never charged me and he didn't put the cap back on. He insisted he did when 100 percent he didn't. No empathy or a sorry was ever given. I looked online and tbe part is 77 bucks.
