Dropped off a generator before a hurricane. He said $75 for estimate, the sign right next him said $50 estimate for generators. Ok, not going to argue, but that’s price gouging and very illegal (especially with a state of emergency declared). Go ahead, sure. Then he called to say it was ready couple weeks later, sweet! I thought that meant it was under the $75. Nope!!! He didn’t call, text, or email the ‘estimate’. He made repairs that cost $125. I only paid $100 for the generator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have had my mower held hostage for weeks. The owner went on vacation for 2 weeks without notifying customers to pick up prior to his leaving, then refuses to answer calls or texts since he's returned. The doors are locked and there's no way to retrieve the mower. ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to answer the phone or even text back. Do not do business here!!!
