My body hurts so much after the massage. The worker kept pushing and rubbing on my cervical spine and now the area is sore. Also my chest was revealed during the session and as a female it was very much humiliating. I would not recommend this place or have a plan to come back.
Consider somewhere else for your massage. I left with the same tension that I went in with. The customer service was poor and there was a demand for a tip of a particular amount. Which I normally tip for services that I received and did not need to be told to pay one.
We went in for a couples massage that cost $160, first thing we are told is that this price doesn’t include tip and to consider tipping 20%-25%. I found it strange they were already asking for tip when they hadn’t even asked what we wanted done, like specific problem areas. They were 15 minutes late to bring us to the back, as the massage finally starts I realized this isn’t an actual massage, it was a back rub. My wife and I went for a couples massage and were immediately happy with the extra effort they took to make us feel welcome and ready for Valentine's. The massage was top notch, we both loved it. Definitely coming back- I did read the other reviews and saw a pattern. Customers should be aware that not everyone's first language is American English and people who provided services like this should be tipped. Thank you for making our Valentine's great, you are amazing!
