I went to the QVB clinic yesterday and I have never felt more pressured by reception staff in my life. I went in with a keratin plug concern and paid the $58 skin analysis fee. The lady glanced at my face asked me if my skin was itchy, I said no, then she asked me again and I said no, again. This is my second time with Casey and she delivered another excellent treatment! My hairloss and scalp health has significantly improved since my first appointment. She gave me lots of good advice on how to take care of my hair that I'm still implementing. I appreciate that she always ensure I'm comfortable during the treatment and even styling my curls as she dries my hair. Will definetly be coming back! ❤️

I’ve been a long-time customer at the Chatswood clinic, and I always appreciated the girls there they’re friendly, not pushy, and that’s the only reason I kept returning and have spent a decent amount here on treatments and packages. I don’t mind spending, but I cannot stand pushy sales tactics, which is exactly what has put me off visiting so many clinics in the past.
