tell me why my appointment which said it was going to take 1 hour and 10 minutes only took 12 minutes in total. I booked a skin and scalp analysis, both were supposed to take 35 minutes each as per the multiple emails I received. The moment I stepped into the place they were treating me like I was a burden for even talking to them. I had a wonderful facial with Elaine. She’s very skillful and gentle, and her massage technique is exceptional. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin looked so much brighter and smoother after the treatment— will definitely come back again!
I recently visited this clinic as it was recommended by my colleague. I went in for a Lala Peel and had a consultation beforehand. During the skin analysis, the consultant started explaining procedures that were much more expensive than the Lala Peel. When I told her I wasn’t interested in those, she said the Lala Peel wouldn’t do any good for my skin type and continued to recommend other treatments.
