Very bad experience. We first bought a carpet and a runner — they offered a discount and clearly said we could return them within 10 days. After checking at home, we realised the carpet was very slippery, so we went back to return it. Instead of processing a proper refund, she just deducted a lump-sum amount on the spot, clearly taking advantage of the situation because she knew we were now stuck. Extremely overpriced items and very poor customer service. Would not recommend buying from here at all.
