I loved my experience getting my dress at The One. However, when I dropped my dress off in June of 2023 to get preserved, I have not been able to get in contact with the company again. I have not received my dress and have left several voicemails and emails without hearing back. I am worried about never seeing my dress again and am broken hearted. I just want my dress back and am fearful that I won’t see it again
I had an amazing experience finding my dress last year with The One. I dropped off my dress in August for the free preservation and now I cannot get in contact with The One after multiple emails and phone calls. I am worried about getting my dress back since they announced today they are officially closing their doors on March 1 and I have not heard an update regarding my dress.
this place has absolutely ruined my wedding experience. I bought my dress in June of 2024, and was told it would take 6-9 months to come in. After hearing that they filed for bankruptcy, I emailed in early asking for the status of my dress. They told me that my dress was in the next shipment of orders coming in and should be there soon. I am really busy with school and work, so I asked if I could make an appointment for 3 weeks in advance since my dress should have been in at that time. Beware!! This shop is going out of business any day. The owner is not very pleasant. They had my DIL's dress for over 6 months after the wedding for the preserving that was supposed to be included in the dress purchase. My DIL happened to call when she was alerted that the shop may be going out of business soon. The owner let her know that her dress was ready for pick up. Once she arrived at the shop the next day to pick up the dress the owner explained to her that they "forgot" to send her dress out for cleaning and preserv... read more
I cannot say enough good things about The One. Ashley, who I believe is the owner, helped me find my dress after a stressful day of not being able to find what I wanted. Ashley made it clear that her goal was just for me to feel beautiful walking down the aisle. They definitely did that. I cannot say enough about their alterations team. I had lost quite a bit of weight from when we got the dress in August to when it came in December, so they had to take a lot off the dress to help it fit better. They truly worked miracles.
