This is a place I would not return to. My experience with Ada was very negative from the start. She began applying a color I did not ask for, and when I pointed it out, she claimed she had already explained it, which is not true. Throughout the service, she kept raising her voice whenever I tried to communicate, which made me feel very uncomfortable. They are always kind and me get let me leave disappointed that's for sure. Nails are never thick and chunky and designs are amazing.
The most welcoming environment. The staff is so kind, attentive and friendly. The work is immaculate and the facility is so clean and neat. Would highly suggest them!
The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-organized everything was. All of the tools looked properly sanitized, and the entire space felt fresh and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I got both my nails and toes done, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took their time to make sure everything was done carefully and exactly how I wanted it.
