1st time going here, very pleased with my nails and the price! I will definitely return. did the Gel manicure. The girl, Iris did my nails, she was very accommodating. Im happy ! 2nd time I went, a lady named Wendy did my nails. she used the electric file, she made my real nails so thin that with in 1 week my gel manicure was garbage. all my nails broke bc she used that electric file instead of using an actual nail file. so I wasnt happy at all. so the final n last visit to this shop was about 3days ago- I got a pedi.. which... read more

Next time don’t obligate someone to tip if they didn’t already do so after making payment. Will not be coming back, really inappropriate to ask after payment. Have some class

I have been going here for several years And yesterday I had a regular Mani/Pedi which was 44 dollars that included taken out the powder from the nails prior. I paid her in cash my card to a lot and she kept asking for her tip. I said to the other lady that was there which were only two usually when I come my five $10 tip is always given Then they spoken their language and I don’t know what they said that is so unprofessional manicure was horrible

I went to this place several times and always paid around 160 or more for simple designs. But the last time I went to have my sculpted nails removed so I could give my natural nails a break, they did a terrible job and were clearly reluctant to do it. They scraped my nails too much causing pain for a whole month and I haven't been able to get my natural nails back to normal since; they remain weak. The place is very expensive, and the service is very poor.
