First time here, I had Peter and he was amazing and worked very fast!!! He was very professional as well.
Booked for the first and last time with this place today. How disappointing! This place looks like a beautiful relaxing spa when you walk in. The experience is the exact opposite. My first red flag should have been another woman disputing a price issue with the front desk woman. You are rushed from the moment you walk into the moment you need to pay. Place started off nice and clean and has since let itself go. Manicurists are always late - especially the first appointment of the day because they all carpool in together. Waiting 30 mins right now and I’m her first appointment of the day. This usually means she’ll rush me so that she can stay on track. This happens VERY often. Almost always, actually. High turnover at the front desk but the latest group of people who work there are friendly.
I’m not sure if this establishment adheres honestly to what they advertise vs what they charge. I got the gold spa pedicure which was advertised to be 90 minutes long. They completed my service in less than 50 minutes. The lady who did mine seemed to be in a rush and I was confused on what to say when she walked me to pay. I’m a bit annoyed as I splurged for the extra time only to be duped.
Love/hate relationship with this place, very inconsistent results. Today I had Diana do my nails, they charged me for the nail shape because I requested coffin-shape? And it still looks square. Price is just a tad ridiculous. A regular pedicure for $36 and it had to be redone and therefore, it took longer. Lesson learned, book your appointment ahead with someone who is tried and true. Would deff recommend Mike and Daniel!
