I had a scheduled appointment for Thursday September 5th . Made the appointment 2 days in advance, I showed up and started filling out paperwork when the receptionist approached me and told me that Crystal would not be able to take me until 45 min from my actual appointment time because her current client brought in a friend and was taking care of them. I had an appointment and feel i should have been priority , instead i was asked if i wanted to run an errand and go back later.
I went for Botox on the crow feet area of my eyes and Crystal applied Dysport! There was no result as if nothing was applied. I waited 10 days and contacted her and she agreed to give me a retouch. She scheduled me for the retouch and when I got there on time but she was gone for the day!! I am so disappointed because she didn’t have the courtesy to cancel!!! I asked for a refund since the product she applied didn’t work but they didn’t want to refund me.
