I had a great experience at The One! It was so special to be the only bride in the store and they go out of their way to make it a comfortable experience. They have an excellent selection of dresses and I found my dream dress! Highly recommend!
I had tried on over 70 dresses all over Richmond and Virginia before finding my dress right here in Charlottesville! I was stressed and Kelsey provided me with the calm presence I needed. I never once felt pressured. 10/10! Great experience!!
I could not possibly say enough good things about this shop. Kelsey was so knowledgeable, intuitive, welcoming, and empathetic, and made both my appointments feel like a trip with a friend, except that friend knows everything there is to know about wedding dresses and cleared out the store for me to flounce about.
