I still can’t find the words to express just how flawless my time with Kelsey at The One was. After a little get-to-know you chat, she picked out several dresses for me to try. But all I needed was that first dress; it literally brought tears to my eyes. Well, ok, I sobbed. She was so attentive, so easy to talk, and so accommodating. Pretty sure we’d be best friends if I didn’t live in Vermont. Kelsey- I can’t thank you enough for making me feel like the most beautiful (comfortable) princess in the world!
Kelsey has something truly special going and I feel so lucky to have had her guiding me through such a special experience! I had been shopping in New York with my mom and found a couple dresses I really liked but nothing was really giving me “the feeling” I wanted to have yet. Kelsey was wonderful to work with! We loved the salon. It was great to be the only bride shopping during our appointment time and I felt so comfortable with her trying on dresses.
I could recommend The One Bridal Salon 1,000 times and it still would not be enough! My experience here, and with Kelsey, was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank her enough. She made me and my entire family feel comfortable and listened to everything I had to say, so much so that the first dress she pulled ended up being the one I would fall in love with! I loved my experience here. The way that Kelsey thoughtfully spoke with me about what I envisioned feeling and looking like during my wedding day made all the difference. She’s truly an expert, and her knowledge of not just dress styles and designers, but brides themselves and how they look and feel when they find the perfect dress was incredible.
