The One Bridal in KC severely lacks professionalism, communication, & customer service. There seems to be disorganization and inconsistency with them. Before purchasing my dress, after purchasing my dress, and at my fittings I was told/reassured that I would get “complimentary dress preservation”. A good friend of mine purchased her wedding dress from this establishment. When she called to check on the status of her order, the woman she was speaking with said she was going to place her on hold. She did not put my friend on hold, and my friend could hear the conversation in the background. This woman was speaking to another employee and made extremely rude comments about my friend's accent.
