The One features over 12,000 square feet of customized amenities and includes one- to five-bedroom houses and townhomes, each bedroom with its own bathroom with an additional 1/2 guest bath in select floor plans.

Good apartment and gym, but very very poor management. Unreasonable utility fee as well. Owed me money and still did not pay me.
Clean and peace, a little bit lack of management
This place is miles away from campus and has a poor shuttle system. False advertisement and is NOT convenient for UofM students, no where near walkable to campus at all. 12 payments for 11 months is a joke when you get dirty apartments and Internet that doesn’t even work. Management is extremely rude and refused to help. Only told me to send an email because corporate won’t listen otherwise.
