I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Amitabha Mazumder and his team at The Oncology Institute of Pasadena. On Friday they call to make sure I've done the fecal test. Three days later they call to tell me my appointment in 2 days on th 14th of January(to get all my results and create a plan) is canceled because they are no longer in network. Your Institute did not know ahead of time that they were pulling out of that network. Irresponsible and negligent. You are dealing with cancer patients! You owe them prompt attention and treatment.
