Since Enrique was so rude to me and could not understand what I was asking, I called Optum and Margarita understood and knew exactly what I was concerned about. She decided to talk to my primary doctor and it was approved immediately on June 16 and I have the proper appointments. When you are abused by an employee, call your insurance company immediately.
