Cancer is already enough of a fight. I have had an emergency referral ignored, saw the Dr. a month later and he acted surprised it hadn't gone through and blamed the office/authorization... Was then scheduled for observation check up 6 months later, had to get scans then follow up. The authorization for the scans expired before the checkup even though the appointment for scans and follow up were booked months in advance. Imaging canceled the appointment only alerting me the week of. I called to alert oncology was put on hold... read more

I believe your oncology department has the best people and the best technology available. Very impressive. But the infrastructure around the offices is among the worst I've encountered in 50 years in business. Your call centers are staffed by people who sound like they are from a call center in Bangladesh. They are not professional. They act like robots, repeating what they have on their screens. It is impossible to talk to the front desk of the doctor's office. It is impossible to reliably set up appointments or get message... read more

Very nice office staff and the Dr is very friendly and great at keeping you informed of your medical status. I’m happy to be a patient at this office.
