Never got an appointment except the time I showed up with a confirmation via their website and was informed I wasn't in the system. Dr. Saghi Esfandiarifard surrendered to my insistence that day. Since then, they've called/texted to confirm appointments I never agreed to and denied the existence of appointments I actually made. They informed City of Hope I wasn't in their system to deny my referral for radiation treatments. This has gone on since November of 2025.
