So far a bad experience, they only reached out today to ask about lab work. It has been more than three months since we made an appointment with them. Tomorrow will be my dad’s appointment and they told me they have to reschedule because they didn’t get lab work, which they never requested in the first place. What a joke waited for so long for this appointment only to be told to reschedule. We’re so disappointed they need to do better than this.
Dr. Arlene Yu is my oncologist she is a very good doctor and in fact she gave me a very good cancer treatment and now I enjoy my quality of life…I highly recommend her..she is very updated of medicine for cancer treatment.
I love the.doctor but the staff needs to be more efficient, I was measured for lymphedema sleeve in May 2025 and it is now August 2025, staff has not been able to do the simple task of having Dr sign the order ans fax back so I can get sleeve!! Also I was charged before seeing patient (not co pay) Medicare 20% before billing Medicare, legally Medicare needs to be billed before (I did Medicare billing for over 38 years) rather than argue I paid I asked receptionist for billing dept number and she said "she didn't know who the... read more
