We are deeply grateful to Dr. Marathe and Nurse Kelly at The Oncology Institute for their exceptional and compassionate care. The Institute staff are courageously kind. They are knowledgeable in their field. They are respectful and keep the patient concerns private. The staff doesn’t delay scheduling appointments by offering two-three time & date slots. This gives the patient confidence that they come first. Thank you for being compassionate.
The doctor spent no more than a minute and a half with me and was completely apathetic to my condition or what I had to say. He made me feel like it was my fault. A complete waste of my copay. I am giving 2 stars because the nurses and office staff were nice.
If you are a new patient do not o here. I made an appointment, they rescheduled it for 2 weeks later, even though I explained that I could not swallow and choke when I try to eat. Then at 4pm before my appointment they called to reschedule again because they could not get my medical records. They did not call me earlier to let me know so I could call myself. The doctor needed 15 year old records of a thyroidectomy before he can examine me or order tests. This place really is a joke, if you are someone who needs medical atten... read more
