I would highly recommend this oncology office. The front desk staff is very professional, helpful, and fast, with great customer service. The physician took the time to answer all of my dad’s questions, as well as mine, especially since he was newly diagnosed with cancer. We felt well taken care of and supported throughout the appointment. Definitely a place I would recommend.
Service- (i.e., physician care) was outstanding. The wait time was awful at nearly 60 minutes.
I accompanied a friend to his appointment and we waited for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen by the doctor. In that time, no one even looked in to the exam room to let us know there was a delay or to even acknowlwdge we were still in there. I stood in the doorway so that I could get someone’s attention to let them no we had yet to be seen. And the visit with the doctor was ałł of ten minutes.
