This is a long one-but worth reading as I’d like to warn other patients about the care here. My mother had Stage 4 Lung Cancer and has since passed on. I watched my mother during her last month of life continuously struggle to get a hold of her Oncologist here as she was in and out of the ER and all the doctors said you need your Oncologist, you need chemo. It’s been a month and a week trying to get 1 referral that has all of the info that needed to be on it for billing purposes for my surgery they seem to have a hard time fixing one referral for weeks everyday calling for them to fix seems like they don’t know what they are doing and I still haven’t got it fixed I got 4 different referrals little by little fixing a mistake they see through a portal from the website the other people sent them everything that needs to be on it for billing purposes I have cancer and need it to be... read more
