Worst experience of my life. 2 years tring to get treatment. Finally got a mediport surgically put in my chest and now they no longer take my insurance. 3 years no demo and a port put in my chest now what?
The Oncology Institute may have a mission about caring for cancer patients, but they are also heavily flawed. Whenever they IV my wife, they can’t the vein and then they need to call in expert to get it done. Today, she thought she had an appointment,.. but instead, it wasn’t so. The institute staff had given her someone else’s paperwork. How do you do that? Someone’s daydreaming and not concentrating. Please do something about this atrocity.
