Owner is very rude. I knew I wouldn t be returning with items for consignment for at least a year or so and asked for all the money I had coming. She told me if she gave me all my money, she would have to close out my account and I d never be able to consign with them again. I happily took all my money and have never been back.
I have been here twice to sell items. The owner and others are very short with clients and seem to be way to busy to be polite. I wouldn t bother with this place. Go to TJMAxx instead.
The store is the nicest in the area. Clean, neat and racks of clothes are color co-ordinated. Great markdown prices, too. Notice that some people are extremely rude to the employees when it is determined their items will not be accepted for consignment!! I have shopped at the store for over 20 years and have always found it to be a very very enjoyable experience.
The shopping is great here but be careful when you consign. Had a very unfortunate experience recently when I did not pick up my clothes within the 48 hour period that werent accepted for consignment. Found out the owner took one of my items that she told me was "donated on my behalf" and consigned it for herself. What an experience to find the owner did this!!!! CONSIGNOR BEWARE!!!!
great place to spend an afternoon: This place has everything you could want. All brands of womans apparel, From St. John suits to general store brands. the gifts items were unique and plentiful. They even had a great selection of Mens and kids clothes.! The staff was more than helpful with any questions you asked. they are open every day of the week . Very short with customers in conversation. Unresponsive when asked for help looking for something as if it was an inconvenience to wait on a customer. Many outdated articles of clothing and overpriced as well. Go elsewhere with your money where they will appreciate your business and are willing to provide customer service.
This store is clean and well organized. Its in a great location with plenty of parking and flexible hours. More than one dressing room...a plus! A wonderful selection of purses and shoes. Some of the womens clothing was a bit steep in price, depending on what you were looking for. I also felt the home accessories were a bit outdated and pricey.
