Owner is very rude. I knew I wouldn t be returning with items for consignment for at least a year or so and asked for all the money I had coming. She told me if she gave me all my money, she would have to close out my account and I d never be able to consign with them again. I happily took all my money and have never been back.
Never Again! Not as great a place as they think they are especially if youre a consigner. They put a very high price on your gently used items, and if they do not sell within 90 days you have the right to re-claim your items (check the print out sheet to see what your pick up date is) and if you do NOT come in and run around to find and reclaim your items then it is now the property of the Once Again shop, to do as they please. I have been here twice to sell items. The owner and others are very short with clients and seem to be way to busy to be polite. I wouldn t bother with this place. Go to TJMAxx instead.
The store is the nicest in the area. Clean, neat and racks of clothes are color co-ordinated. Great markdown prices, too. Notice that some people are extremely rude to the employees when it is determined their items will not be accepted for consignment!! I have shopped at the store for over 20 years and have always found it to be a very very enjoyable experience.
Anonymous I agree with Dee J. I won??t support this store owner. She really doesn??t treat her consigners with respect. The consigner will always come out on the short end of the stick the way she runs the store. And she seems to not realize that every consigner could also be a CUSTOMER. I had an experience with her which really bothered me for quite a few days afterwards. Long story short, I will never consign there again, and I will make sure I never buy there again. I visit this store maybe 2-3 times a year. I am full of excitement because I think I will find something special. I look...but seldom buy. The have a wide variety of merchandise. Everything from baby clothes, men's clothes, purses, shoes, and nick knacks. They recently started a punch card. earning $25 for merchandise when filled. The jewelry case is impressive and something for everyone. I'm not sure why I don't buy...perhaps the prices are higher. I think shopping here on a 20% off day would be ideal. Don't Support This Store Owner I like to support small businesses and believe in reusing, reducing and recycling. However, I no longer can support this consignment store. The owner consistently lacks professionalism and integrity. I've had a high end designer handbag on consignment that disappeared (it was in the glass case behind the counter). I did not receive any compensation for this or other missing items and was told I signed the contract indicating that the store is not liable.
