Very bad service. Arrogant and aggressive receptionist. Very disappointing experience with this clinic. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this clinic. I tried calling the reception because I was in severe pain and had significant swelling. I spoke with a receptionist who was arrogant and completely insensitive. Due to the swelling, I had difficulty speaking and even swallowing, which I explained to her. I am very disappointed with the whole experience of the removal of my wisdom teeth. I was very bruised and battered as well as a burnt tongue (which I still have after 21/2 weeks) and I didnt receive a follow up call at all until my dentist was advised of this 17 days after my procedure and he contacted them. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this clinic. The surgeon Dr Nicolarakos I felt was cold and unfeeling and they didnt even provide me with an update or what had been done while I was under anesthetic. W... read more
Had such an easy procedure and even easier recovery. Couldn't recommend Dr Nikolarakos enough.
Highly recommend the team at OMS Pacific Private, especially Dr Michael Hurrell, an excellent doctor and a lovely man.
